Vedic Krishi Anusandhan Parishad LLP is a Partnership Firm. In this all the partners are bound by deposit of investment, acceptance of an agreement to join this LLP. There is also the provision for new persons to join this LLP. For this they will have to accept the contract made by prior partnership, agree to link with LLP and deposit investment for which the Minimum Acceptable Amount will be equivalent to the cost of 1 (one) acre of land.
